I really wanted to like these shoes because they looked nice when I first got them. But this is where it got annoying, after wearing them for a short time, the material started creasing a lot and already felt worn out. For the price, I expected them to hold up better. They just ended up feeling kind of cheap to me.

I ordered a pair of shoes the shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on, and the package ended up arriving much later than it was supposed to. Disappointing overall. I probably wouldn't order again if I needed something by a certain date

I ordered these in my usual size, but the pair that showed up was a totally different size than what was listed in my order email. Even weirder, the box label didn’t match the shoes either, so it felt like the whole thing just got mixed up somewhere.

Customer service did get back to me, but then I had to go through the return process and basically be forced into being patient while I waited all over again. It wasn’t a total disaster, but for the price, I really expected them to get it right the first time.

The shoes are definitely comfortable and they do feel well made, so I’m not unhappy with them. I’m just kind of tired of everything being priced like it’s premium now, especially when it doesn’t feel that different from other pairs I’ve owned. I like them, but unless they were on sale, I’m not sure I’d go through buying them again at full price.

my order arrived in a beat-up box, and the tape was already peeling off in spots. it looked like it had been shoved in the back of a warehouse for a long time before it got to me.
